Forss Business & Energy Park is the home of renewables, engineering, and nuclear in the Far North.

Forss is located less than seven miles from Scrabster Harbour and 40 minutes drive from Wick John O’Groats Airport. The park is ideally situated to support the following projects in Caithness, Orkney and North Sutherland:

Forss Business & Energy Park offers modern, serviced office accommodation with spectacular views over Crosskirk Bay and the surrounding countryside. The site offers over 60,000 sq ft of space ranging from 2 to 20 person offices, industrial units, and acres of land available for laydown space or development.

Forss Business and Energy Park has a unique history as NAVCOMMSTA Thurso, a Cold War US Naval Radio Station which was home to up to 200 US Navy personnel. After thirty years of operations the station closed down in 1992, and was abandoned for the next decade.

The site has been fully renovated, but retains many original features that tell the story of its rich history.
